Terms and Conditions:
General
• Your Signature on and use of your Life and Style membership card constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.
• This card must be signed by you and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
• Black-out dates: Benefits are subject to hotel designated Black-out dates. Subject to availability
• Your membership privileges will be extended only on presentation of a valid membership card.
• Members are limited to one card per table or party per visit and must be present and dine at the table to enjoy these benefits.
• Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers or programmes.
• Membership certificates are not replaceable under any circumstance.
Membership Card
• Membership cards are the responsibility of the member and is valid until the expiry date shown on your card.
• Any loss or theft of your membership card should be immediately reported to your Member Services Manager. An administrative charge will be made to issue a replacement card.
• Life and Style membership card is the property of Swissotel Hotels and Resorts.
Clubhotel Card
• Member and Spouse will receive one (1) complimentary CLUBHOTEL card each. These cards entitle the Bearer to enjoy Non-Transferable benefits offered by participating CLUBHOTEL hotels worldwide. For more information, please refer to www.clubhotel.com
Dining
• This card is not valid for reductions on: room service, banqueting and takeout service or catering unless otherwise stated.
• Reductions are available only on the total food bill excluding government taxes and gratuities.
• Meal periods and operating hours are subject to change.
• Reductions are not applicable to events and promotions.
• Reductions are available for unlimited visits.
• Member must be present when dining.
Accommodation
• Room bookings are subject to advance reservations and availability.
• Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers or programmes.
Other
• Reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotional offers or programmes.
• Participating outlets, selected merchandise and level of discount are subject to change.
Limitation of Liability
• Neither Life and Style nor Swissotel Hotels and Resorts shall be liable for an amount greater than the membership fees to any member as a result of or in conjunction with his or her membership.
• Life and Style reserves the right to change, modify or amend the membership benefits and any terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Any queries relating to the use of the card or its validity should be referred to your local Life and Style Member Services Manager or their authorized representatives whose decision is final.
• The benefits, terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of the Life and Style management.
